I'm late posting this! Jason turned one on April 27th. Just a small party, held in stages as family and a few friends stopped in through the the day.

It's been the fastest and slowest year of my life. Every single day I close my eyes thinking that there's just no way I deserve having a kid this great. Oh he has his moments, of course, but I'm here to tell you this kid's got such a great heart. He's so loving, so sweet, so good-natured. Honestly, how did I get this lucky? While I know I haven't earned this kind of good fortune, let me tell you, I don't take one second for granted.
