During the Cherry Blossom Festival there's a very tight window to see the tree's at their fullest. While I was fortunate to walk thru and capture some people enjoying the view and other enjoying the canopy for #picnic a strong breeze came creating this 'fall' of petals. My estimation is the wind resulted in half of the flora taking a tumble
