Off-Site Links

Are there restrictions on what I can link to in the 'off-site link' field?

Each photo you share can have an optional off-site link associated with it.

Linking to nudity; sites selling pharmaceuticals; sites infected with malware or that try to install malware — any of these can result in account suspension or termination.

Consider the expectations of your viewers when deciding what to link to. Linking to a page on a website that shows a high-resolution version of the photo you shared on Photo Friday is probably the best use of the link feature. But it's also fine to link to your personal website, blog, or social media page.

Members are encouraged to flag and report when they discover members abusing the feature.

Tip: Linking to something that looks like it will relate to the image or the narrative text accompanying your photo is more likely to earn a click from a curious visitor.
