Photo upload file sizes are restricted to a maximum of 3-megabytes. This helps us control costs. The majority of photos taken with a mobile phone fit comfortably within that limit, but some do not.
Your phone may have built-in capabilities to crop or resize images, and trying either of these may reduce a photo's file size to under 3-megabytes. Third-party apps may also exist to help with this.
